The small files your browser keeps

Some of them keep you logged in and your bet on the right account. Some remember a preference. A couple tell us which partner sent you so they get paid. This page names them, says how long each lives, and shows you how to refuse the ones that are not strictly necessary.

What a cookie actually is

A cookie is a small text file a site asks your browser to keep and hand back on the next request. It is how a website recognises that two page loads came from the same person. Without them, signing in would last exactly one click.

We also use two close relatives — local storage and session storage — for the same practical reasons. Where this page says cookie, treat it as covering all three.

What we set, and for how long

Strictly necessary

These make the site function. There is no way to run a casino account without them, so they are not offered as a choice.

Purpose What it does Lifetime
Session Keeps you signed in and ties each spin to the right balance. Until you sign out or close the browser
Security token Blocks cross-site request forgery on forms and cashier actions. Session
Load balancing Keeps you on the same server for the length of a game round. Session
Consent record Remembers which optional cookies you accepted, so we stop asking. 12 months

Optional

These only appear once you have accepted them, and refusing them costs you nothing but a little convenience.

Purpose What it does Lifetime
Preferences Remembers language, currency display and which games you last had open. 6 months
Analytics Counts visits and shows which pages people give up on, in aggregate. 13 months
Affiliate attribution Records which partner site sent you, so the referral is credited correctly. 30 days

About that last one. Some visitors arrive through partner sites, and those partners are paid when a referral opens an account. The attribution cookie is how the credit gets to the right place. It records where the click came from — not who you are, and not what you do elsewhere on the web.

Cookies we do not set ourselves

Live dealer tables and some studio games run inside a frame served by the studio, and those frames set their own cookies to keep the stream and the round in sync. Payment providers do the same during a deposit. We do not control the contents of those cookies, and the provider's own policy governs them.

We do not run third-party advertising tags, retargeting pixels or social media trackers on this site. If you see one, it is not ours and we want to hear about it at [email protected].

Turning them off

Three routes, in order of how surgical they are:

  1. Our consent banner. Decline the optional categories on your first visit, or reopen the banner from the footer link at any time to change your mind.
  2. Your browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or clear cookies for a single site. In Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge it sits under privacy settings, usually within two clicks of the padlock in the address bar.
  3. Private browsing. A private or incognito window discards everything when you close it.
  • Chrome — Settings › Privacy and security
  • Firefox — Settings › Privacy & Security
  • Safari — Preferences › Privacy
  • Edge — Settings › Cookies and site permissions

Blocking everything has a cost. Refuse strictly necessary cookies and you will not be able to stay signed in, which means no deposits, no play and no withdrawals. That is a limitation of how the web works, not a lever we are pulling.

Do Not Track and global signals

There is still no agreed standard for what a site should do with a Do Not Track header, so most sites ignore it. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a refusal of the optional categories, which is the closest thing to an honest reading of your intent that currently exists.

Quick answers

If I clear cookies, do I lose my account?

No. Your account, balance and history live on our servers. Clearing cookies signs you out of this browser and forgets your preferences, nothing more.

Do you use cookies to follow me around other websites?

No. We run no advertising or retargeting tags. The only cross-site element is the attribution cookie, which records which partner referred you and expires after 30 days.

Can I play with optional cookies switched off?

Yes, completely. You lose remembered preferences and we lose some anonymous statistics. Nothing about the games, the cashier or your limits changes.

Anything cookie-related that this page does not answer goes to [email protected].
