The rules of the account

These terms govern your Mickey13 Casino account. Opening one means accepting them. We have written them to be read rather than skimmed past, because a rule you did not understand is a rule that causes an argument later — and arguments about money are the expensive kind.

Who can hold an account

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally permitted to gamble where you are. You must open the account in your own name, with your own details, and use payment methods that belong to you.

Online gambling law in Australia is a mix of Commonwealth and state rules, and it moves. Whether you may lawfully hold an account with an offshore-licensed operator is a question about your circumstances, not ours, and it is yours to answer before you deposit. We restrict access from jurisdictions where we are not permitted to accept players, and we will close an account if verification shows it was opened from one.

One account per person. One per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts are closed, and any bonus benefit taken across them is reversed. Genuine deposits are returned.

Verification

Our licence obliges us to confirm your identity, your age and the source of the money you play with. In practice we ask for photo identification and proof of address, usually at the point of your first withdrawal, and sometimes earlier if something in the pattern warrants it.

Until verification is complete, withdrawals do not leave us. That is not a delaying tactic — it is the check that stops someone else emptying an account they talked their way into. We do not ask for card PINs, banking passwords or full card numbers at any stage, and any message that does is not from us.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposit minimums and ceilings vary by method and are listed in the cashier table on our home page — from $5 on Jeton, Cardano and InstaDebit up to $15 on bank transfer and PayPal. Funds must arrive from an account in your name.

Withdrawals run from $30 to $50,000 per transaction and are processed within 0 to 24 hours once verification is complete. After we release a payment, the time it takes to appear belongs to your bank or the network you cashed out to, and we cannot compress it.

We pay back to the method you deposited with wherever the provider allows it. Where it does not, we use the closest available route in your name. We do not process withdrawals to third parties, and we do not act as a currency exchange or a money transfer service.

Bonuses and promotions

Every offer carries its own terms and those terms sit with the offer, before you opt in rather than after. The general rules that apply to all of them:

  • Bonus funds are separate from cash and are spent after your cash balance, unless the offer says otherwise.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings convert to withdrawable cash.
  • Games contribute to wagering at different rates. Slots usually count in full, table and live games count for less or not at all — the exact table is published with each offer.
  • Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is still in play forfeits the outstanding bonus and anything won from it. Your cash is untouched.
  • One welcome offer per person, household and device. The 150% match up to $1,000 with 100 free spins is a first-deposit offer and is not repeatable.
  • Deliberate bonus abuse — low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering without exposure, coordinated play across accounts, exploiting an error in an offer — voids the bonus and any winnings from it.

Fair play, and errors

All 6,678 games run on random number generators certified by independent testing houses. Neither we nor you can influence a result once a round begins, and no strategy, sequence or timing changes the odds a game publishes.

Software and humans both fail occasionally. Where a game, a paytable or a balance is affected by an obvious error — a misconfigured jackpot, a duplicated payout, a display showing a figure the game never awarded — we correct it and settle the round on the correct result. We will explain what happened rather than adjust quietly, and where the error was ours and cost you something, we make it good.

You agree not to use automated play, bots, or any software that interferes with how a game runs. Accounts doing so are closed and balances arising from that play are void.

Dormant and closed accounts

An account with no login for twelve consecutive months is treated as dormant. We email you first. If it stays dormant, a small monthly administration fee may apply to a positive balance — it never takes the balance below zero, and it stops the moment you sign back in.

You can close your account at any time through live chat, and you keep whatever is in it. Closure at your request is not the same as self-exclusion: if you want the door locked rather than shut, say so, and read the responsible gaming page first.

We may close an account ourselves for a breach of these terms, for fraud, or where a regulator requires it. Where we do, we return any balance that is genuinely yours and we tell you why.

Playing within limits

Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion are available on every account. Reductions apply immediately; increases wait out a cooling period. A self-exclusion cannot be lifted early for any reason, and attempting to open a new account during one is a breach of these terms.

Complaints and disputes

Start with live chat. If that does not settle it, write to [email protected]. We acknowledge within three working days and aim to close the matter within fifteen.

If our final answer does not satisfy you, the Malta Gaming Authority is the regulator you can escalate to, and we will provide the licence particulars you need. Our server logs are the record of record for game outcomes and transactions; where an account statement and a screenshot disagree, the logs decide.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the law, our licence or our own operation changes. Material changes are notified by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the account after that date means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which our licence is held. Nothing here removes a right you hold under Australian consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Quick answers

Can my partner and I each have an account?

The rule is one account per person, household and device, and welcome offers are limited the same way. Two adults at one address should contact live chat before opening a second account so it is documented up front rather than flagged later.

What happens if I withdraw with a bonus still active?

The outstanding bonus and anything won from it is forfeited. Your own cash balance is not touched and is paid out normally.

Why can I not withdraw to my friend's account?

Anti-money-laundering rules require payments to go back to the verified account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not something we can process, whatever the circumstances.
